For my wonderful sil, knowing her love for the Indianpolis Colts, I made her a tag along blanket featuring a super soft fleece and minky fabric. And a matching pacifier clip.
And for my beautiful sister, not knowing what she is having, I made her a diaper cake along with all the items on it. There is a giant plush octopus. He is super soft with minky and a fishy flannel pattern on the
underside.
Two tag along toys, a whale and an octopus. The whale has a bell inside for extra sensor development and the octopus has a "secret" in him that makes him crinkle for extra sensory development. Along with baby wipes, pacifier clips, and a large blanket for that o so important tummy time. I would have to say that she is set. 
As for my little guy, I made him a gorgeous baby cocoon and matching hat set for some beautiful newborn pictures. I also put my love for cloth diapering to good use and made him a Colts fleece diaper cover to match a blue and white hat that I knitted for him.
